Exchanges & Returns

If your purchase is the wrong size or you are unhappy with the style we are more than happy to exchange the item (subject to availability), issue you with a store credit or REFUND your purchase in full. Exchanges and credits must be returned within 10 business days of receiving your order and the cost of the exchange is at your expense.  Your credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date your return is received.  We do not offer returns on sale items.

 

Returning the item is easy! On the back of your invoice you will find a Return Authority form. Just fill this out and return it with your item. If you have misplaced this, please contact us via email and we can reissue for you.  Please note the cost of the return postage is at your own expense. Please ensure that your postal option includes insurance as the goods are your responsibility until we receive them. Our Returns address is: Shop 5, 117-119 Main St Mornington Vic 3931.

Please email returns@theragtrader.com.au if you wish to exchange your item so we can endeavour to hold the new garment for you. Whilst we hope we can exchange as per your request, this cannot be guaranteed.

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE THEIR ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED AND BE IN A SALEABLE CONDITION. THEY MUST NOT HAVE ANY MAKEUP/FAKE TAN MARKS AND WILL BE INSPECTED PRIOR TO A CREDIT NOTE BEING ISSUED.

It can take up to 5 business days for your return to arrive to us depending on your location.  Once your item has been received and accepted the credit discount code will be emailed to you.

 

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED?

We offer refunds on faulty garments.  It is the customers’ responsibility to check the garment for faults when they receive it and to notify us within 10 days.  If a fault is found in the garment after that time we will not accept it.
